Job description
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford dealership in Crayford. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £49,000 with an OTE of £65,000, a company provided vehicle and an overachievement bonus. This position reports to the General Manager. Why Allen Motor Group? We also look for the following skills and experience: ü Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team ü Fantastic organisational skills ü Full UK driving licence ü An ability to overcome customer issues ü Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous Key Duties and Responsibilities · Ensure the achievement of KPI’s for all service department members · Maintaining an understanding of all relevant consumer and local market influences · Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial result and exceptional customer service · Drive the performance of the workshop team to maximise efficiency · Develop the skills and career progression of current and new team members At Allen Motor Group, we drive an inclusive workplace, respecting and encouraging applications from every background.
