Job description
We are excited to be working with a highly regarded secondary academy in Sheffield to recruit a committed Office Manager. This full-time, permanent position is for an immediate start and is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to lead a productive administrative department. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for educational excellence and a creative approach to managing school logistics in a supportive and high-achieving environment. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the school office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Support the development of consistently outstanding quality in school communication and data management. Work alongside the School Business Manager to maintain high academic and professional expectations. Lead and inspire the administrative team to achieve their highest potential. Coordinate school events, open days, and parent-teacher evenings. Qualifications and Experience Experience in high-level administration or team leadership. High standards of professional presentation and punctuality. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: £30,000 – £35,000 ( negotiable for the right candidate ). Full-time, permanent position with supportive leadership.
