About the Role The Admissions Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that the admissions process runs efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include: Assisting with the processing of applications for entry, including data entry and record management. Acting as the first point of contact for prospective parents and families, both in person and via telephone or email. Scheduling school tours, meetings, and open days for prospective families. Preparing and distributing admissions documents, forms, and communications. Maintaining accurate records and databases for student admissions. Liaising with internal staff to coordinate interviews, assessments, and admissions decisions. Supporting marketing and outreach initiatives related to student recruitment. Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in administration, office work, or a school setting is preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
