Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Officer for an Outstanding secondary school in Jesmond. This full-time, permanent role is for an immediate start. We are seeking an individual who can lead by example in the administrative office, helping students and staff through organised and efficient data management. About the School Jesmond is a vibrant, busy area with a high concentration of schools. This school recently maintained its 'Outstanding' status. It offers superb facilities and access to technology that truly enhances the working experience. The leadership team provides a tranquil and well-ordered workplace. Responsibilities Update student records and manage data transfers between schools Produce routine data reports for the Senior Leadership Team Support the organization of school exams and internal assessments Ensure that the school’s data systems are clean and up to date Assist with the daily administration of the school’s MIS Qualifications and Experience Strong ICT skills and experience with data entry Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and independently High standards of punctuality and professional manner Must have the right to work in the UK Salary and Benefits Salary Range: £23,500 – £27,500 Full-time, permanent position with a dedicated SLT member for wellbeing Access to modern technology and a technology-rich workspace Supportive leadership team and excellent resources How to Apply To join a school that values character, confidence, and academic success, submit your CV now for an immediate-start interview.
