Job description
Scrum Master - Contract (Inside IR35) Company: Ten10 Location: Hybrid - London Status: Contract - Inside IR35 T he Opportunity Ten10 is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery on a major client programme within the pensions sector. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional engineering teams building scalable platforms using microservices architecture, ensuring Agile practices are embedded and delivery runs smoothly. You will act as a facilitator, coach, and delivery enabler, helping teams remove blockers, improve Agile maturity, and consistently deliver high-quality software in a fast-moving technical environment. What you’ll do Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Support Agile delivery across development teams, ensuring efficient and consistent progress Remove blockers and enable teams to maintain strong delivery momentum Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and prioritisation Support teams developing scalable platforms using microservices architecture Collaborate with engineering teams operating in cloud-based environments Communicate delivery progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and collaboration Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile best practices What we’re looking for Essential Skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence effectively Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious and proactive approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable Skills: Experience working with microservices architecture Exposure to cloud-based development environments Financial services or pensions sector experience Apply today If you’re a proactive, collaborative Scrum Master looking to make an impact on a high-profile programme and help teams deliver quality software at pace, we’d love to hear from you!
