A well-regarded secondary school in Hounslow is seeking a professional and organised Admissions Assistant to join their admissions and administrative team ASAP . This is a full-time, permanent role supporting the smooth running of the school’s admissions process. Responding to parent and guardian inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinating admissions meetings, interviews, and school tours. Assisting with reporting and compliance related to admissions processes. Supporting the admissions team with general administrative tasks as required. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in administration, ideally in an educational setting. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management. Professional, reliable, and proactive. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
