Job description
A prestigious and academically ambitious independent school in Oxford is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join its thriving department as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to teach within a school where Music is highly valued and plays an important role in the cultural and co-curricular life of the community. The Role The successful candidate will teach Music across KS3 & KS4, with strong KS5 provision available depending on experience. You will deliver engaging lessons that develop musical theory, composition, listening skills, and performance. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering high-quality Music lessons Preparing students effectively for GCSE and A-Level examinations Supporting instrumental ensembles, choirs, and school performances Contributing to concerts, productions, and wider musical enrichment Supporting curriculum development within the department You will join a collaborative Music department with excellent resources and facilities.
