Job description
We are excited to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Croydon to recruit a high-calibre HR Assistant. This full-time, permanent position starts immediately and offers a fantastic opportunity to join an Outstanding administrative team. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who can encourage high standards through meticulous administrative support, contributing to a scholarly and well-ordered school environment. Responsibilities Maintain the Single Central Record and manage all onboarding documentation. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure high standards are met in HR. Act as a professional liaison between the school and external agencies. Use creative methods to ensure all staff feel supported and valued. Participate in a strong culture of professional development. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a busy administrative role. Excellent communication skills and a professional manner. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: £30,000 – £34,000 ( negotiable for the right candidate ).
