Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Teaching Personnel is seeking an energetic, qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work with our partner nurseries in and around Newbury. Whether you want a full-time long-term placement or flexible day-to-day work, we have roles tailored to your preferences.
Support daily learning routines and child-led play within EYFS guidelines.
Observe and assess key children to track developmental milestones.
Help create safe, inclusive, and stimulating indoor and outdoor environments.
Build positive relationships with young children, colleagues, and parents.
Full & Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable attitude.
In-date Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable).
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
Pay starting at £14.25 per hour with weekly PAYE payment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
