We are seeking an experienced individual with knowledge in solutioning and implementing integrated Copilot, Copilot Studios and Azure AI solutions within Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. Skilled in environment preparation, licensing, and rollout planning, with strong capabilities in configuring secure access and permissions. Adept at developing and delivering training and onboarding materials for users and stakeholders. Proficient in setting up custom agents and workflows in Copilot Studio, connecting to both internal and third-party systems. Track and analyse adoption metrics, provide ongoing support, and contribute to change management and user engagement initiatives. Experienced in extending Copilot features through Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
What you’ll do:
· Design end-to-end solutions that integrate Copilot with the existing Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
· Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Copilot solutions, including environment readiness, licensing, and rollout planning.
· Configure access, permissions, and security settings to ensure compliant and secure use of Copilot features.
· Help design and deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and enablement sessions for end users and champions.
· Support prompt engineering and orchestration using Copilot Studio, including the creation of custom agents and workflows.
· Design Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions to build, customize, and orchestrate custom agents and workflows that address specific business needs by connecting to internal and third-party data sources and APIs.
· Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on deployment strategies to maximize value.
· Design or Integrate Copilot with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) to extend functionality.
· Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting for Copilot-related issues.
· Contribute to change management initiatives and help drive cultural adoption of AI-powered tools.
