Service Supervisor

• Coordinate Service serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed provide leadership & guidance to catering staff to ensure smooth running of service / hospitality / events.
• Teamwork & Communication Skills - strong teamworking skills leadership qualities ability to adapt and respond quickly ability to communicate effectively with both service & management team.
• Customer Service - provide high level of service by being attentive to guests needs at every point on their customer journey. Support management team to ensure food & service area presentation standards are met.
• Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location
• Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Other duties - Assisting in stocktakes stock ordering supporting the organisation of hospitality & events - communicating with customers kitchen & management team to fulfil catering requests.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Previous experience supervising and supporting a team.
• Excellent organisational abilities high attention to detail understanding of delegating & managing time effectively.
• Concise and effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft applications & overall good computer skills (role requires use of excel word rota systems ordering platforms emailing customers menu/poster design applications).
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
• Have a contagious passion for food and customer service.
