The role
will involve designing and implementing employee incentive schemes for our wide range of listed and private clients. In particular, we welcome candidates with strong tax technical skills together with possibly legal and accounting skills and experience across some or all, EMI option schemes, Company Share Option Plans (CSOPs), growth shares, Employee Benefit Trusts (EBTs), and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs).
What your days will look like- Design and implement employee incentive schemes tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and advising on the structure and management of plans such as EMI, CSOPs, EBTs, and EOTs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop practical, tax-efficient solutions aligned with clients' strategic objectives, supported by detailed analysis, due diligence, and informed recommendations.
- Engage senior stakeholders to present proposals, influence decision-making, secure buy-in, and support the successful delivery and ongoing management of incentive arrangements.
- Track legislative and market developments, maintain competitive reward offerings, and mentor junior team members to encourage growth.
This role is for you If- Proven experience in professional services or a related industry role, ideally focused on employee incentive arrangements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects, client relationships, and competing priorities effectively.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a high standard of professionalism.
- Leadership capability, including experience mentoring, supporting, or managing teams across different levels and functions.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach, underpinned by integrity, continuous learning, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
