Corporate Solicitor / 3+ PQE / Newcastle Upon Tyne / c£75,000 DOE / Take the next step in your corporate career with a thriving team advising on high value transactions across a diverse range of sectors, where you'll enjoy excellent client exposure, strong deal flow and outstanding opportunities for progression – To apply please call Teagan on and quote Job Ref: 4914OVERVIEW:• Excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a busy and highly regarded corporate team offering high quality transactional work and genuine long term career progression.• Manage a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law matters.• Advise a diverse client base including owner managed businesses, listed companies, investors and lenders.• Support on larger, high value corporate transactions across a range of industry sectors.• Draft and negotiate transactional documents, corporate governance documentation and commercial agreements.• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.• Contribute to the supervision and development of junior team members.• Play an active role in networking and business development initiatives.• Suitable for qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in corporate law.• Strong experience in corporate finance and transactional work gained in private practice or in-house.• Confident managing your own caseload while contributing effectively to complex team led transactions.• Excellent technical ability, communication and organisational skills are essential.• Experience supervising or mentoring junior Lawyers would be advantageous.• Join a highly active and ambitious corporate team with an impressive regional reputation and strong deal flow.• Supportive and forward thinking working environment with excellent opportunities for professional development, career progression and work-life balance.
