Job description
Your new company Hays are delighted to be partnering with a well-established public sector organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their people team. Your new role As HR Business Partner, you will provide a proactive and professional HR service across a diverse workforce, partnering closely with managers and employees to support organisational objectives. You will play a key role in delivering expert advice on employee relations matters, recruitment, performance management, policy development and employment legislation. You will support organisational change initiatives, contribute to staff engagement and development programmes, assist in driving positive workplace culture, and help ensure HR processes and systems operate effectively. The role will also involve supporting industrial relations activity, analysing HR data and reporting, and contributing to wider HR and organisational development projects.
