About the Role

The Administration Assistant will provide a broad range of administrative and clerical support, acting as a central point of organisation and communication within the school. This role is key to ensuring efficient office operations and supporting staff across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, telephone calls, and post.

  • Maintaining and updating student and staff records accurately.

  • Assisting with reception duties when required, providing a welcoming environment for visitors.

  • Contributing to the improvement of administrative processes and office systems.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, ideally in a school or large organisation.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with school management systems is desirable.

  • Professional, proactive, and reliable approach.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Experience within a school setting is highly desirable but not essential.
