Receptionist – Fordingbridge Care Home (Part-Time)
We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our fabulous care home team. As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and families, you’ll help create a warm and supportive environment while keeping the reception area running smoothly.
Hours: 24 hours per week
Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Key responsibilities:
Greeting visitors, residents, and relatives with a warm welcome
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing the reception desk and signing in visitors
Handling basic admin tasks such as emails, filing, and messages
Supporting the care home team with general office duties
What we’re looking for:
A friendly, approachable manner
Good communication and organisation skills
Basic computer and admin skills
Reliability and a positive attitude
Previous reception or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a caring, supportive team.
