Job description
Our client is seeking a skilled and analytical Data Officer to join a high-achieving secondary school in Essex with a strong reputation for academic excellence. • Full-time Data Officer required from April 2026 • High-performing secondary school in Essex • Excellent opportunity within a strategic data-focused environment This is an outstanding opportunity for a Data Officer to support the senior leadership team in tracking student progress, analysing performance data, and maintaining accurate reporting systems. Experience and Qualifications • Experience managing school data and assessment systems • Strong knowledge of MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom) • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills • Understanding of exam and assessment reporting cycles • Strong communication and organisational skills • Eligibility to work in the UK School Information This Essex school is recognised for its consistently strong outcomes and strategic use of data to drive improvement.
