Job description
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and organised Data Officer to join a high-achieving secondary school in Watford, rated Outstanding by Ofsted and recognised for its academic excellence. • Full-time Data Officer required from April 2026 • Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Watford • Excellent opportunity within a strategic and data-driven environment This is an outstanding opportunity for a Data Officer to support senior leadership in analysing student progress data, producing performance reports, and maintaining accurate assessment systems across the school. Experience and Qualifications • Experience managing school data and assessment systems • Strong knowledge of MIS platforms (SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom desirable) • Advanced Excel and reporting skills • Understanding of school performance measures • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability • Eligibility to work in the UK School Information This respected Watford school has a strong academic tradition and uses data strategically to drive improvement. The Data Officer will work closely with SLT and Heads of Department to ensure accurate reporting and analysis. The school offers a professional and collaborative administrative environment.
