Job description
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a highly organised HR Assistant to join an Outstanding secondary community in Lambeth. This is an entry-level or junior role perfect for a professional seeking to build their career in a high-performing inner-city school. About the Role Start Date: Immediate. Contract: Full-time, permanent. Support the HR Manager with daily administrative tasks, including DBS checks and onboarding paperwork. Maintain employee records and act as the first point of contact for staff queries. About the School Located in Lambeth , this school is a beacon of academic excellence with a truly "at home" atmosphere. Visitors consistently comment on the polite and proud nature of the pupils. The leadership team ensures that administrative staff are fully supported, creating a tranquil and professional workspace where every staff member is celebrated for their contribution. Requirements Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, human-like approach to staff relations. Meticulous attention to detail and strong IT skills. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits Salary offered: £32,000 – £35,000 , with a supportive training programme and career progression opportunities.
