Job description
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a resilient and empathetic HR Manager for an Outstanding secondary academy in Dartford. We are seeking a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term, stable career move just outside London. About the Role Start Date: Immediate. Contract: Full-time, permanent. Oversee the full employee lifecycle for over 150 staff members. Lead on internal HR audits and support the Board of Governors with policy reviews. About the School Located in Dartford , this academy is renowned for its "Outstanding" student behaviour and scholarly atmosphere. It is a place where every achievement is celebrated and the administrative team is viewed as the "engine room" of the school. Prospective staff consistently comment on the welcoming atmosphere and the deeply supportive culture provided by the Senior Leadership Team. Requirements Previous experience in a school office or HR department is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving and student engagement (from an administrative perspective). Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits Salary offered: £46,000 – £51,000 , with negotiation available based on previous school management experience.
