Job description
Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Officer to join a thriving secondary school in Watford, rated Good by Ofsted and recognised for its improving academic outcomes. • Full-time Data Officer required from April 2026 • Ofsted Good secondary school in Watford • Excellent opportunity within a supportive administrative team This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Officer to play a key role in managing and analysing student performance data, supporting senior leadership with strategic reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of assessment information across the school. Experience and Qualifications • Previous experience in data management within a school setting • Strong working knowledge of MIS systems (SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom desirable) • Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret performance data • Understanding of school assessment cycles and reporting processes • Strong organisational and communication skills • Eligibility to work in the UK School Information This well-led Watford secondary school is committed to raising standards and using data effectively to drive improvement.
