Job description
A high-performing secondary academy in Norwich is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join their Social Sciences Faculty ASAP . This is a full-time, permanent role teaching primarily at A Level. • Psychology Teacher – full-time, permanent • 11–18 academy in Norwich • ASAP start • MPS/UPS salary About the Role The Psychology Teacher will deliver engaging, exam-focused lessons that develop students’ understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and applications. Key responsibilities include: • Teaching Psychology at A Level (and potentially KS4 introduction) • Planning and delivering structured, high-quality lessons • Preparing students for public examinations and assessments • Monitoring student progress and implementing interventions • Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment activities Candidate Requirements • QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification • Degree in Psychology or related discipline • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills • Commitment to academic excellence and student achievement Both experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply.
