Our care home is proud to offer up to 66-residents the highest standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite Care, as well as Palliative Care for older adults. *Activities Coordinator Contract* * 12.71 per hour * Contracted to 21 hours per week - temp position to cover maternity leave * Paid PVG, Paid breaks, pension, uniform provided * 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) *Role Overview* As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction. You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one to one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs.
Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia. Working as part of the wider team, the role contributes to a positive and stimulating environment where individuals feel valued, active and connected.
