Job description
A picturesque and highly regarded independent school in Oxfordshire is seeking a professional and welcoming School Receptionist to join its front-of-house team as soon as possible. Set within beautiful surroundings, this school prides itself on high standards, strong community relationships, and a warm, supportive atmosphere. The Role As School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff, and visitors. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the school office. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the main reception area and greeting visitors Handling incoming calls and emails efficiently and professionally Supporting administrative processes across the school Maintaining accurate records and assisting with data entry Supporting safeguarding and visitor sign-in procedures This role would suit someone organised, personable, and calm under pressure.
