The Role As Head of Biology, you will: Lead and shape the strategic direction of Biology across KS3 & KS4, with strong KS5 provision Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment within the Biology team Oversee curriculum planning, schemes of work, and data analysis to ensure strong outcomes Support and mentor colleagues, promoting collaboration and professional growth Contribute to whole-school improvement and enrichment opportunities within Science You will maintain a teaching timetable and model outstanding classroom practice.
