Are you an experienced and confident HLTA looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking dedicated High-Level Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas.
As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs, delivering targeted interventions, covering lessons when required, and providing tailored support to help pupils achieve their full potential.
