\nIn this role, you will operate and support the company's processing plant. Duties include machine setup, basic maintenance (with full training provided), and quality inspection of finished products. You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same.
\nThis position would suit a Production Operative or similar, who is happy working night shifts and is looking for a varied role with excellent training, long-term career progression into engineering, and a 4-day working pattern.
