Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps, and heating systems. We are looking to recruit a SAP Project Support professional to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis at their Belper plant.
⏰ Working Hours\n37 hours per week
\nMonday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
\n Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm
This role will provide project support for SAP Logistics as part of an exciting SAP S/4HANA template rollout project.
\n What Will You Be Doing?\nAs SAP Project Support, you will:
\n✅ Work closely with local stakeholders and support change management initiatives
\n✅ Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP Logistics processes
\n✅ Create training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
\n✅ Deliver training and support to colleagues, helping them confidently use the new system
\n✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical and functional issues
\n✅ Support SAP logistics data cleansing and enrichment activities
\n✅ Provide first-line functional support during Go-Live and Hypercare phases
\n What Are We Looking For?\nWe're looking for someone with SAP or ERP systems experience who is eager to develop their skills further within a major transformation project.
\nExperience with UAT or SAP EWM would be highly desirable but is not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new challenges are key.
\nAs you'll be training warehouse staff, you'll also need to be a confident and effective communicator.
Essential & Desirable Skills\nIdeally educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field
\nPrevious experience with SAP, ERP, or Oracle systems
\nExposure to logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations would be advantageous
\nStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
\n⚙️ Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, data management, or UAT is desirable but not essential
\nPositive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
\n️ Strong communication and training skills
