💬 About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Support people with a range of complex needs in their own home
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Support with meal planning and preparation
  • Administer and record medication
  • Help individuals manage their money and budgets
  • Carry out household tasks such as laundry, cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
  • Encourage and support participation in activities at home and within the local community
  • Promote independence, choice and wellbeing
  • Complete daily records and forms using One Touch, our digital support platform
  • Carry out daily, weekly and monthly health and safety checks

You'll be joining a highly experienced team who are passionate about delivering excellent support and creating positive outcomes for the people we support.

🕒 Shift Details

This is a 28-hour per week position.

Shifts may include:

  • Full Day: 8:00am – 10:00pm
  • Early Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Late Shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Waking Night: 10:00pm – 8:00am

Flexibility is essential as you will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and waking nights.

🎓 Experience & Training

Previous experience is desirable but not essential. If you have the right values and a positive attitude, we'll provide:

All offers are subject to an enhanced Adult DBS check.
