Music Teacher (Wolverhampton) Position: Music Teacher Location: Wolverhampton Contract: Full-Time, Permanent About the Music Teacher Role Are you a passionate and creative Music Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? Join our vibrant and dynamic team at a well-established secondary school in Wolverhampton, where you'll have the chance to inspire students across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5. In this role, you'll be teaching a variety of musical genres, theory, performance, and composition. As a Music Teacher, you will play a key role in fostering musical talent and self-expression, while delivering engaging and effective lessons that support the academic and personal development of each student. You’ll be part of a collaborative department that encourages creativity and innovative thinking. Music Teacher Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-quality Music lessons across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 Differentiate your teaching to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all students Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment with effective behaviour management Contribute to the development of the department’s curriculum and lesson planning Encourage student participation in extracurricular music activities such as performances, events, and workshops What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent A deep passion for Music and the ability to teach across a range of musical styles The ability to engage, inspire, and challenge students of all abilities Excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of lessons and the department A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Previous experience teaching Music at secondary level Why Choose Us?
