Job description
Do you have a passion for psychology and want to inspire the next generation of thinkers? We are looking for a talented Psychology Teacher to join our team in Northampton , teaching KS4 and KS5 students . This role comes with the potential for a TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) for the right candidate. Role Overview As a Psychology Teacher , you will: Teach Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students , covering topics like research methods , biological psychology , and mental health Inspire students to develop a critical understanding of human behaviour Foster independent thinking through engaging lessons and practical applications Guide students through exam preparation and ensure they achieve excellent results Take on the opportunity to lead the Psychology Department or take on additional responsibilities, with potential for TLR Why Join Our School?
