Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love for learning. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear learning goals. Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child thrives. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school activities to contribute to the wider school community. Year 3 Teacher Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 3 or similar year group). Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies. Passion for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with a positive and flexible approach. Commitment to continuous professional development and best teaching practices.
