Exciting Opportunity: SEN TA at an Inclusive Primary School in Kensington Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and creating an inclusive learning environment? An inclusive primary school in Kensington is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a group of inspiring children, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential. As an SEN Teaching Assistant , you will work closely with students with various learning needs, providing both 1:1 and small group support. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities and create a positive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued and supported. Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a supportive primary school in Kensington Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with special educational needs Assist in creating and implementing personalized learning plans Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the needs of each student are met Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive Opportunity for ongoing professional development and training Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs Ability to adapt activities to cater to the unique learning needs of students Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff A commitment to inclusive education Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
