Job Title: Care Assistant / Support Worker / Personal Assistant (PA) – Crawley Area Location: Crawley and surrounding areas Salary: From £14.01 per hour (weekday shifts) + enhanced rates for weekends and night shifts Job Type: Full-time (part-time may be considered) We're not here to do care - we're here to make life better for young adults with neurological conditions, learning disabilities, and other complex needs. We are seeking individuals with: A fun and happy outlook on life. Previous experience in care or a related field. Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy. Right to work in the UK (unfortunately sponsorship is not available on this role) Valid UK driver's license and reliable transport.
