What the KS2 Teacher will do The appointed KS2 Teacher will design ambitious sequences across the KS2 curriculum, developing reasoning in mathematics, comprehension in reading and creativity in writing. The KS2 Teacher will use assessment to target interventions, run booster groups and contribute to subject development work scheduled to begin before January 2026 and continue after January 2026. The Part-Time KS2 Teacher will lead enrichment activities and liaise with parents, attending parents’ evenings and meetings arranged around January 2026. Candidate profile — KS2 Teacher We are looking for a KS2 Teacher with QTS and recent Key Stage 2 experience. The ideal KS2 Teacher is reflective, evidence-informed and able to plan high-impact lessons. The KS2 Teacher should be prepared to attend pre-term planning prior to January 2026, complete induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026 on a Part-Time basis while contributing fully to the KS2 team.
