Planning and delivering engaging lessons across various media, such as drawing , painting , printmaking , and digital art . Inspiring students to think critically, foster creativity, and develop their own artistic style. Providing constructive feedback and support to ensure student progress and achievement. Contributing to the broader life of the department, including running art clubs , organizing exhibitions , and providing additional enrichment opportunities.
