Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across KS1. Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support pupil progress and well-being. Contribute to the school community, participating in staff meetings, CPD opportunities, and school events. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 or Year 2). A strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum and assessment strategies. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A passion for education and a commitment to ensuring all pupils reach their full potential. A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
