The KS2 Teacher will assess regularly, adapt planning and collaborate with subject leads to refine curriculum delivery across Slough. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging KS2 lessons that support long-term learning. Lead guided-reading groups and small-group maths interventions. Use assessment to identify priorities and adapt planning accordingly. Work with support staff to deliver targeted, structured intervention. Communicate progress clearly to families and contribute to moderation. Person specification Qualified teacher with recent KS2 experience and proven impact. Strong behaviour management and curriculum knowledge. Available from January 2026 with commitment to pre-start induction.
