The Role As an ECT in KS1 or KS2, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of your students. Take advantage of professional development opportunities and grow into an outstanding educator. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Passion for teaching in KS1 or KS2 and a commitment to nurturing young learners. A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
