EYFS Practitioner – Camden | Innovative Early Years Centre Full-Time | Long-Term | £90–£110 per day | Camden A highly creative Early Years Centre in Camden is looking for an inspiring EYFS Practitioner who thrives in environments that value sensory exploration, creative expression and child-led learning. This is a modern setting equipped with specialist areas designed to support diverse learning needs. About the Setting This centre has a unique educational approach inspired by Reggio Emilia principles, encouraging children to express themselves through movement, art, play, language and imagination. The environment includes sensory rooms, water exploration areas, art studios, outdoor learning gardens and quiet communication-friendly spaces. Role Responsibilities Lead sensory play sessions and exploratory learning experiences Support children with SEN, communication difficulties or developmental delays Set up and continually enhance inviting learning environments Observe and track children’s progress, contributing to planning discussions Implement early literacy and communication activities Encourage emotional awareness and social interaction Work collaboratively with a wide team of teachers, therapists and specialists Ensure safety, wellbeing and safeguarding compliance EYFS experience essential Passion for creative and sensory-based early years education Confident working with diverse needs Enthusiastic, warm and child-focused Ideal Candidate Profile EYFS experience essential Passion for creative and sensory-based early years education Confident working with diverse needs Enthusiastic, warm and child-focused
