The Role As a Drama ECT, you will: Teach engaging and well-planned lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5. Receive tailored guidance, training, and mentoring from experienced colleagues. Requirements Is completing their PGCE or equivalent qualification and holds QTS.
