Job description
School Status & Location Sector: Prestigious Independent School (with Sixth Form). Borough: Harrow (Outer London, England). Start Date: Permanent, part-time (0.6 FTE) role commencing January 2026. The Opportunity & School Profile This leading Independent School requires a highly skilled MFL Teacher (German preferred) for a Permanent, Part-Time role. The specialist must inspire cultural immersion and drive high attainment in linguistic fluency and written skills across all key stages. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Linguistic Leader: Instructing MFL (German preferred) across Key Stage 3 up to A-Level (pro-rata). Communication Coach: Cultivating strong oral fluency and advanced grammatical accuracy. Cultural Correspondent: Organizing language exchange activities and contributing to enrichment. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in MFL (German) and QTS. Experience teaching MFL to A-Level is essential.
