Job description
Are you an inspiring Key Stage 2 teacher who enjoys helping pupils reach their full potential? Do you want to work in a school that values high expectations and collaboration? If so, we’d love to welcome you. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Lincolnshire from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate. The Role Position: KS2 Teacher Location: Lincolnshire Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate) As our KS2 Teacher, you will: Lead a Key Stage 2 class, delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum. Prepare pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments and transition to secondary school. Use assessment to plan challenge and support. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff. (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities. What We’re Looking For We welcome applicants who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have KS2 teaching experience. Are confident in curriculum delivery, assessment, and behaviour management. Are organised, reflective, and excellent communicators. Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to inclusion. Are open to leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
