Job description
A well-respected 11–18 secondary school in Nottingham is seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive PA to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. The school has a strong academic reputation, clear behaviour systems and an established leadership structure. This role sits at the centre of strategic decision-making and requires professionalism, precision and absolute confidentiality. This is a pivotal position within the school’s administrative function, offering variety, responsibility and direct involvement in whole-school operations. The Role As Executive PA, you will manage the Headteacher’s schedule and provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the leadership office. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings with governors, staff and external partners • Preparing briefing papers, reports and presentations • Taking accurate minutes at SLT and governor meetings • Handling confidential correspondence and safeguarding documentation • Coordinating school events, inspections and official visits • Acting as a key liaison between the Headteacher and wider staff • Managing communications on behalf of the senior leadership team You will work closely with other administrative and pastoral leads to ensure efficient communication across the school.
