Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver differentiated Mathematics lessons that engage all students, regardless of their starting point. Work effectively with teaching assistants and learning support staff to maximise student progress. Build strong, positive relationships with students and parents as part of a supportive pastoral team. Commit to the ECT programme, focusing on developing effective behaviour management and teaching methodologies. Contribute to the department’s analysis of assessment data to inform future planning.
