A thriving and ambitious secondary school in Bristol is seeking a detail-oriented HR Officer to join its busy operations team from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent role supporting HR functions across the school. HR Officer required full-time Well-established secondary school in Bristol Strong administrative and organisational focus January 2026 start Suitable for experienced HR administrators or those with school office backgrounds About the Role The HR Officer will manage recruitment administration, staff onboarding, HR files, absence tracking, contract variations, HR queries, and safer recruitment compliance. The school requires someone who is confident working to deadlines, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable handling confidential HR matters.
