Job description
A successful and growing secondary school in Coventry is seeking a highly organised HR Administrator to support its staff and leadership team ASAP or March 2026 . The Role You will provide day-to-day HR and personnel support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, confidentiality and smooth processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people-focused work with detailed administrative systems. Responsibilities include: Supporting recruitment, interviews and onboarding Managing DBS checks, references and safeguarding documentation Maintaining accurate personnel records Supporting absence tracking and staff contracts Assisting with HR queries and policy administration The School This school is known locally for its positive staff culture and commitment to wellbeing.
