Job description
Are you a creative and nurturing Early Years teacher who loves building strong foundations for children’s learning? Do you want to make a lasting impact in the first stages of school? If so, we’d love to welcome you. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate. About the School Situated in Slough, our school serves a vibrant and diverse community and prides itself on high-quality provision, inclusive values, and a nurturing ethos. The Role Position: EYFS Teacher Location: Slough Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate) As our EYFS Teacher, you will: Lead an EYFS class, providing a rich, play-based curriculum. Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, and personal development. Assess learning and ensure progress for all children. Create a classroom culture that is safe, welcoming, and stimulating. Work closely with parents, colleagues, and support staff. (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities. What We’re Looking For We welcome applicants who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience teaching EYFS. Understand early years curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy. Are reflective, organised, and excellent communicators. Demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment to inclusion. Are open to leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
