Head of Maths Experience and Qualifications: To be considered for the Head of Maths position, you will need: Degree-level qualification in Mathematics or a related subject. A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e., PGCE). Proven experience teaching Maths across KS3 to KS5, with leadership experience preferred. A strong track record of student success and an ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues. Excellent organizational, communication, and IT skills.
