Biology Teacher – Early Career Teacher (ECT) Opportunity in Worcestershire 📍 Location : Worcestershire 📅 Start Date : September 2025 💼 Contract : Full-Time, Permanent 💷 Salary : MPS (Main Pay Scale) 🧬 About the Role We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our Science Department as a Biology Teacher at a vibrant state school in Worcestershire . This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a newly qualified teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and making a difference in the classroom. You will teach Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4 , with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 in the future. Is passionate about teaching Biology and has a strong desire to inspire students at Key Stages 3 and 4. Has a positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning, with a commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal growth. Is reflective and open to feedback, with a strong desire to develop professionally.
